Former Detroit Lions and Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Clint Kriewaldt is pictured with Freedom High School Athletic Director Linda Olson. He was hired as the next varsity football coach for Freedom. He said his plans starting now and every year are to make it to the state level with the team.
Snow finally fell and stuck around for more than a few days in the Freedom area. Playing in the snow during school recess are Katie Baumgartner and Faith VanVeghel.
Freedom's Cody Walrath finished third at the WIAA State Wrestling Touranment this March. He is pictured pointing to his cheering fans after his final win. He also set a school record as the highest ranking freshman from Freedom High School at a state tournament.

Freedom High School named its top students for the class of 2012. The top two are valedictorians Lucille Christensen and Neal Schlavensky.
